DenovoDrugDesigns is a non-profit organization created to cater the needs of next generation pharmacology which centers around Drug Design . We are keen in creating awareness among potential professionals about modern pharmacology. The institution was incarnated with the sole motto to hasten drug discovery.

This millennium has seen highly advanced level in field of science and technology especially in the field of medicine. At the same time sufferings of the people has also increased specifically by the rapid growth of diseases. Due to the discovery of new diseases and the emergence of resistance towards existing drugs the search for new drugs have also become imperative

Of the about 5000 – 10000 studied only one drug gets to the market. In the discovery phase, each drug costs about $156 million. The FDA process cost another $75 million. This puts the total to about $231 for each drug discovery. The time required for approval is equally long. These phases constitute parts of the manufacturing regulation and cost factor of drug invention.

Due to these factors the process of drug discovery is under going a complete overhaul. The new approach excels the limitations of traditional research. The new emphasis is on denovo method which results from a deliberate effort to design an active agent based on theoretical consideration alone rather than patterning a lead compound.
