REVEL TIME AGAIN!

Our major fund-raiser for the year is fast approaching. FYI...for the newcomers to our Parish family...St. Mary’s operates a Food Booth at the Revel every year. Besides providing funds  for special projects around the Church, the Parish family gets to know each other better working side-by-side & even sitting around visiting on the rainy days when business is slow. Revel this year is Oct. 2-Oct. 9.  Revel is open 8 days from 11am to 9pm (an extra hour on weekends) & four-hour shifts are asked of the volunteers. You may have noticed the tables in back of Church with sign-up sheets. Many volunteers are needed to lighten the work load of the hard working Revel Team. You can select the time you want to work, and the position you want (counter person, portion server, cook or shift supervisor). If you are concerned about parking, there is a shuttle bus from Mall St. Vincent to the entrance of the Revel. Watch the bulletin for more details.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT PARISH SUPPER WILL RESUME ON SEPT. 15th.  Due to inflation we must raise our prices just a little.   Adults: $4.00;Children (up to 5th grade): $2.00; Take-Out: $5.00; Soft Drinks: $ .75 and Tea: Free

Welcome to a new year of PSR & to the St. Mary of the Pines Library. The Library will be open on Wednesday evenings, 6:00-7:30 pm. Come browse our selections. We are also looking to update our selections & monetary donations would be much appreciated. Donations may be made through the PSR Office. Thank you.

The Merry Elders will resume their monthly meeting and covered dish dinner on Sunday, September 19th, 1:00 pm in Vandegaer Hall. We invite any newcomers to the parish to join us.
